Our Champions
Let's celebrate with our Basketball Stars. January 2003 will always be remembered as a dynamite month for basketball at Bahamas Academy. Three basketball teams played in the Bahamas Association of Independent School Basketball Series with all reaching the playoffs: The Junior Boys, the Senior Girls, and the Senior Boys. The Junior Boys lost the playoffs. The Senior Boys and Girls won the playoffs to enter the finals. It was really an exciting week. Although neither team won the finals, yet they all did a marvelous job during the entire series. We are proud of our STARS. Below are photos of some of the games and a giant parade and rally held in the STARS honor on Thursday, February 6, 2003. The three divisions of Bahamas Academy (Secondary, Elementary, and Early Learning Center) marched from Hillview Church to Bahamas Academy for an entire day of celebration. Click on photos to enlarge.
