Pastor Andrew Eugene Burrows was born November 29, 1967 on the island of New Providence, Bahamas, to parentage of Alsaida Higgs and Donald Burrows (deceased). He is one of eight children.

Servant Focus Feature:  Pastor Andrews Burrow's smile lights up the room and his spirit changes things.  He is truly a servant of God. His unassuming poise captivates even the very young as well as the young-at-heart.    His warm spirit attracts the minds of any troubled soul.  His service to the church is seen in his unwavering commitment and deep loyalty.  His bright welcoming eyes are a symbol of his wisdom and insight in every day life.

Pastor Burrows attended the Yellow Elder Primary School and Saint Augustine’s College (High School). After leaving high school he became employed by the National Flag Carrier, Bahamasair, as an aircraft mechanic and attended a three-month course offered by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Airframe and power-plant engineering. Upon completion he received a A & P License from the Federal Aviation Administration. After five years employment with Bahamasair, he sensed his call tot he Gospel Ministry.

In 1990, Andrew Burrows commenced his studies at Northern Caribbean University, Mandeville Jamaica, in preparation for the ministry. During his time in Jamaica he conducted Easter Evangelism crusade. In the four years spent at the College, Pastor Burrows held numerous positions of responsibilities. Among them: resident advisor, head resident advisor, assistant external evangelism coordinator for the Ministerial Association, vice-president and president of the Bahamian-Bermudian-Caymanian Club, and vice president of the United Student Movement.

In 1994, Pastor Burrows completed the Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion.  During his ministry thus far more than 100 individuals have been baptized. Some of his work experience include Chaplain and Physical Education teacher at Bahamas Academy Elementary, Bible Worker at Grant’s Town Church. Pastor Burrows has pastored on the Islands of Andros, Abaco, Johnson Park Church.  He us currently the pastor of the Grant's Town Church, Wellington Street, Nassau.

Pastor Andrews is married to Karen Marie Johnson. They were married on July 6, 1997. They have a thirteen month old daughter, Zandrea Amour Khara.

Curtis Bryan was asked to serve as the Associate Youth Ministries Director for the Bahamas Conference during the January 2007 Conference Session.  Curtis is an active and creative youth leader in Adventist Church in the Bahamas.  

Curtis Elwood Clifton Bryan was born June 17th, 1967 at Gregory Town, Eleuthera, Bahamas, to the parentage of Benjamin and Lenor Bryan [both deceased]. He is the eldest of five [5] children.

 

Curtis is married to Kimberly Sebrina Knowles-Bryan of Lowe Sound Andros, and they have two sons Amard Wardell and Curtis K’nobry Chazaq. Presently he is employed at Bank of the Bahamas.

 

The family worships at Message of Hope Seventh-day Adventist Church where he serves as an Elder and along with his wife Family Life Director. Curtis is a family man to the core and a lover of all people especially the youth. Presently, he is employed at Bank of the Bahamas.With God as Leader of his life he lives by the motto, ‘Live each day as if it were your last’!!
